Georgia Knapp is an essayist, playwright, and freelance writer. She earned a BA in English from Kalamazoo College (Michigan, USA) and an MFA in Creative Writing from Georgia College & State University (Georgia, USA). She has lived in a wide range of places, including Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, a Georgia barrier island, Scotland's Granite City, and Portugal’s A Cidade Invicta. While pursuing writing she has supported herself as a National Park Ranger, English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher, copywriter, and a literature and creative writing instructor.
